Clergy
	The Rev. Lupton P. Abshire, Rector lupton.abshire@saint-john.org (Ext. 13) Father Lupton Patten Abshire, Rector, graduated from General Theological Seminary in 1992 and was ordained in the Diocese of New Hampshire the following year. He served Christ Church, Georgetown from 1992 until 2001. After returning to school to earn a Master of Arts degree in Western Philosophy and Asian Religions, Lupton served Emmanuel Church, Middleburg, Virginia from 2004 until January 2008.
	The Rev. Lee F. Shafer, Associate Rector lee@saint-john.org (Ext. 15) Mother Lee Franklin Shafer, Associate Rector, is a graduate of the University of Alabama, Birmingham and Nashotah House. She is currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Ministry program at Sewanee. Lee was previously the Associate Rector of Christ Church, Valdosta, Georgia.
