Fellowship Groups

Foyer Dinner Groups

Foyer Dinner Groups are small gatherings of church members around a simple meal. These groups are formed each fall (newcomers can be added at any time during the year) and meet approximately once a month for six get-togethers. There is no agenda, no readings required, no assignment- just fun and fellowship. This is a wonderful way to get to know your St John's family in an informal, small group setting.

Contact Steve Bryan for more information.

Young Adults: Married and Single (YAMS)

The YAMS group gathers monthly for fellowship and fun. If you are in your 20s, 30s or 40s, come join us! Find out more on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/SJECyams

2016 YAMS Spring Cocktail Party
Please join the St. John's YAMS (Young Adults Married & Single) for a casual cocktail party at the home of David and Lizbeth Childs on Friday, April 22nd, from 5:30-7:30 pm. Their address is 1561 Cristobal Drive. Feel free to bring a bottle of wine, a different beverage, or a snack to share, but most importantly, bring yourself! We hope you will join us for an evening of fun and fellowship! Questions? Contact Jenny Blalock at  jyblalock@comcast.net or 559-3005.

Join the YAMS again on May 14th for a Beach Day- the whole family is invited! Call the front office for more information!

St. John's Primetimers United in Dinner and Spirit (SPUDS)

The SPUDS include any parishioner who is "too old for YAMS and not quite a senior." The SPUDS gather on a quarterly basis for cocktails, appetizers, and fellowship at various parishioners' homes. Everything about SPUDS is "if you can"- come if you can, host if you can, etc. Other activities, projects and undertakings may grow out of our gatherings, but the core essential function of the SPUDS is a quarterly social gathering.

Senior Adults Living Triumphantly (SALT)

CHANGE! We are now SALT: Senior Adults Living Triumphantly. Our luncheons are held in the fall and spring, providing fellowship, informative programs on a variety of topics, and a delicious meal together. Guests are always welcome, and reservations are requested.
