Advent Quiet Day with Br. David Vryhof

December 4, 2021 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

What does Christmas tell us about God?  What does it mean for God to take on human existence?  What does Jesus’ life, teaching, and thinking reveal to us about God?  Come hear Brother David Vryhof, a monk from the Society of Saint John the Evangelist (SSJE), talk about the Mystery of the Incarnation. Through reflection and prayer, Brother David will lead you on a spiritual journey that will sustain you throughout the seasons of Advent and Christmas.

This Advent Quiet Day will be held in a hybrid format. Our presenter will join us virtually. Participants are welcome to do the same, or attend in person at St. John’s Episcopal Church. Please “register” for one of the two options to help us plan seating and refreshments.
