During challenging times in our lives, it is easy to lose sight of the beauty and wonder that surrounds us. Journaling is a spiritual practice that has been proven to reduce stress, improve physical and psychological health, build empathy, and even improve sleep! Our weekly journaling class includes prayer and meditation in the Christian tradition together with free-form written journal instruction to encourage spiritual awareness.
All group sharing of individual journal entries will be the choice of the participant and not required. Helpful (optional) free-writing suggestions will be offered by class instructor Kathy Hall.
