This midday service will offer a sacred space for those carrying grief, anxiety, or burdens during Lent. Through scripture, music, anointing, and prayer, we will seek God’s healing presence. This year, we will observe the Feast of the Annunciation, when Gabriel told Mary she would bear the Christ child. Traditionally celebrated on March 25—nine months before Christmas—this feast will remind us that even as we journey toward the cross, God’s promise of new life is already unfolding. In Lent’s solemnity, the Annunciation will shine with unexpected joy, calling us to hold onto hope.
A soup lunch is offered following the service. A $10 goodwill donation is suggested, but not required. RSVP by clicking here.
