About Us

The Front Porch welcomes people along all paths who seek to deepen their spiritual lives. We offer contemplative practices, events, and classes rooted in Christian spirituality. Most of these offerings are held at St. John’s Episcopal Church, whose mission it has been to house a spirituality center serving church members and the larger community. Just as you are invited to the join us on The Front Porch to enter deeper conversation about prayer and spirituality, you are also welcome at St. John’s to belong, grow, serve, and center.

Below are some recommended events on the church calendar for Spring 2022. Whether you visit for weekly worship, stop by the bustling Lively Café, attend a class through The Front Porch, or enjoy a Tallahassee Bach Parley concert, you are welcome at St. John’s!
