Sunday Forum: Advance Directives

Who would make medical decisions for you if you could not? Would they know what your wishes are for medical care? What procedures would you want, under what circumstances, if you were critically injured, or at the end of life? No one wants to think about such things. Unfortunately, if you don’t have an advanced directive, a serious illness for you could make chaos for your family and care providers.

Join St. John’s on Sunday, January 29, for a special Sunday Forum about Advance Directives, specifically The Five Wishes©. Hospital chaplain and St. John’s parishioner, along with Palliative Medicine social worker, Susan Warren, will discuss this easy-to-use, legally binding, Advance Health Care Directive. During this vital, interactive workshop, you will learn how to complete your own Five Wishes.
