An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, repeating until August 29, 2022

Yoga is a personal spiritual practice that reduces stress. Come escape the troubles of your day and cultivate inner peace and spirituality. The practice of yoga is accessible to all ages (12 and up). Our two weekly classes are held in person at St. John’s Episcopal Church by registered yoga instructors Chris Collins and June Dollar.

Instructor: Chris Collins

Description: This beginner-friendly class will assist participants in linking breath with movement in order to deepen the mind and body connection. Each class will begin and end with facilitated meditation.

Due to space constraints, as well as the comfort and safety of our class participants, class size may be limited. Please direct your questions to the St. John’s church office at 850.222.2636.

 

 

 

Our weekly classes are presented by The Front Porch: a Spiritual Life Center. The Front Porch welcomes people along all paths who seek to deepen their spiritual lives. We offer contemplative practices, events, and classes rooted in Christian spirituality.
