Miqra Weekend

Did you know you can read the entire Bible aloud from start to finish in just three days? Miqra (pronounced MEEK•rah) is a Hebrew word meaning “public reading of Scripture.” Beginning Thursday, August 24, St. John’s will commit to reading the entire Bible out loud, turn by turn, over the course of 72 hours.

Our Miqra signup is full of individuals who have volunteered for one-hour turns to ensure the reading never stops. You can come to support our Miqra readers during the times below or participate from home via Livestream.

The church will be open for observation:

• 8:30 AM to 5 PM (Thursday/Friday)
• 9 AM to 12 PM (Saturday)
