The practice of yoga is accessible to all ages (12 and up). Weekly classes are held in person at St. John’s Episcopal Church by registered yoga instructor Chris Collins.
This beginner-friendly class is focused on yoga and mediation. Participants will learn how to link breath with movement in order to deepen the mind and body connection. Each class will begin and end with facilitated meditation. All you need is a mat.
