Sung Compline

Compline is an ancient monastic service offered to God before bedtime, sung by members of St. John’s Episcopal Church each Sunday night during the academic term. Candles offer the only illumination during this time of spiritual reflection and renewal. Whether you’re a member or a visitor, St. John’s invites you to enjoy this unique contemplative opportunity featuring chanting, Scripture, meditative prayer, and sublime music.

This service is held weekly in the church. The fall 2023 Compline calendar runs through November 26.
