Youth B.E.A.T. is a five day service-oriented camp for Youth (grades 6-12 for the upcoming academic year) in the Tallahassee area. Participating youth will earn 25 service hours and gain a wider perspective of who and what makes up our community.
Organizations where we have served in the past include: The Kearney Center, HOPE Community Center, Grace Mission, Second Harvest of the Big Bend, The Alzheimer’s Project, St. John’s Episcopal Church, Leon County Humane Society, Mission San Luis, and more!
Although this is a faith-based camp offered by St. John’s Episcopal Church, the week is open to all youth. At this point, Youth B.E.A.T. is at capacity, but you are welcome to join the waitlist, and we will alert you if space becomes available.
NOTE: after completing this registration, you should receive a confirmation email that indicates your payment has been processed. There will be a medical and release form and online information Google form attached to the email. These forms must be completed and received by St John’s before May 15 for your child to participate in B.E.A.T. Week.
Questions can be sent to Caroline Devitt, Interim Director of Youth Ministries (email@example.com).
