Interfaith Service

Following Tallahassee Community Remembrance Project’s dedication of a historical narrative marker, everyone is invited to a brief interfaith service at the Cascades Park Amphitheater.

The interfaith service will features speakers from three faith traditions:

• The Rev. Hugh Chapman, rector, St. Michael & All Angels Episcopal Church (representing the Christian tradition)
• Stefanie Posner, Director of Music and Education, Temple Israel (representing the Jewish tradition)
• Imam Rashad Mujahid, minister, Masjid Al-Nahl Mosque (representing the the Muslim tradition)

Each faith leader will read from a sacred text and make brief remarks on the theme of remembrance, repentance, and reconciliation.
