St. John’s annual Growing in Grace series allows all seekers of the faith to come together and learn more about Christianity, the Episcopal Church, and how we are to live and grow in our faith.
Growing in Grace is a spiritual renewal course for adults seeking to become part of the Episcopal Church through confirmation or reception, or for those who simply want to publicly reaffirm their faith. This year, Fr. Lonnie will lead us through “Episcopal 101” over six weeks.
This course will mean something different to each individual. Even if you’ve taken Growing in Grace before, consider joining us again, as this edition will be a unique experience (see schedule below).
Growing in Grace takes place during St. John’s weekly Sunday Forum time. Class members will be encouraged to participate in the larger parish gathering, and then stay after for a brief deep dive with Fr. Lonnie and other Growing in Grace participants.
If you have questions about the confirmation process, contact Claire Dodd, membership director.
