The St. John’s Market, a tradition since the 1800s, is one of our parish’s most popular outreach and fellowship events. It is held annually on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. This year, Market will take place on Saturday, November 20, and our annual preview party is scheduled for Friday, November 19. Learn more about both events on our CHURCH CALENDAR.

Everyone can be a part of Market Day! Volunteers are needed to help with set up, clean up, and manning booths. Parishioners can donate baked goods, crafts, items for the silent auction, plants, books, and attic treasures to provide a wonderful shopping and fellowship opportunity for the Tallahassee community. This area of our website highlights all CURRENT MARKET NEEDS, a list of booth contacts, downloadable promotional materials, and more. If you have questions about getting involved, please drop us an email or use the feedback form on this page to contact Lizbeth Childs or Taska Zorn, 2021 Market Co-Chairs.

One of the best parts about Market is that it raises funds for both St. John’s ministries and community organizations! If you know of an organization that could benefit from receiving one of our MARKET GRANTS, please direct them to the application, which is due on November 15, 2021.
