The Stewardship Committee is holding the entire parish in prayer as we begin the Stewardship Season for the upcoming calendar year 2024. Pledge packets are being mailed out during the month of October. If you do not receive one by October 31, please email Kristi Leger or call (850) 222-2636 ext. 17. Your Stewardship Committee members include: Ben & Sarah Bowersox (Chairs), Lynn Bannister, Graham Demont, Kyle Griffis, Chuck Hinson (Vestry Chair), Jen (Jennifer) Hinson, Kelly Kirby, Jenni Morris, Katie Proctor, Manny (Enmanuel) Stewart-Meza, and Andrew Wiggins.
St. John’s is continuing our new tradition of a shortened pledge season, now happening during the months of October through mid-November. Please prayerfully consider your pledge commitment and let us know by November 15.
You can return your pledge card in the mail, place in the offering plate (in the envelope provided for confidentiality) or try your hand at making your pledge online by logging in to your Realm account!
We know that many people have questions about Stewardship and what it means. How do we engage with Stewardship at St. John’s and in our own lives? Join us during the month October at one of our Gratitude Gatherings to enjoy each other’s company and to visit with Father Lonnie to learn more about Stewardship and the impact it makes in our lives and our community.
These gatherings will take place from 5:30-7:00 PM and will begin with fellowship and light hors d’oeuvres followed by a conversation with Father Lonnie. Conversation will touch on new beginnings in our church, the renewal of our spirit of giving, and the role stewardship plays in the vision of our church.
