Christmas in the Courtyard

Oh, the weather outside WAS frightful for much of Christmas Eve, but the rain and drop in temperature didn’t stop many parishioners from enjoying Christmas Eve “Communion in the Garden.”

A number of individuals and families stopped by in the morning for Holy Communion and socially distanced prayer time in the church. In the afternoon, parishioners dodged raindrops to receive communion with instrumental music in the background.

While everyone remained masked on campus, per regathering guidelines, we permitted everyone to momentarily remove masks to capture family photos. Below is a sampling of portraits from our time in the garden, but all of the photos taken of each group can be found and downloaded through the links below.
